Configuring Your Company Profile
Your company profile appears on all invoices, reports, and official documents. Here's how to set it up:
Basic Information
- Company Name: Your registered business name
- Trade Name: Brand name if different from registered name
- GSTIN: Your 15-digit GST Identification Number
- PAN: Company's Permanent Account Number
- TAN: Tax Deduction Account Number for TDS
Contact Information
- Registered address with PIN code
- Phone numbers (primary and alternate)
- Email addresses
- Website URL
Bank Details
Add multiple bank accounts for payment tracking:
- Bank name and branch
- Account number
- IFSC code
- Account type (Current/Savings)
Logo Upload
Upload your company logo (recommended: PNG format, 500x500px, transparent background) for use on invoices and reports.
