LUT Management
What is LUT?
Letter of Undertaking for:
- Exporting without GST
- Valid for one financial year
- Filed on GST portal
Tracking LUT
- Go to Settings > Export Compliance
- Add LUT details
- Enter LUT number and validity
- System references in invoices
Renewal
LUT expires each March 31:
- System alerts 30 days before
- Reminder emails to admin
- New LUT number required
For Invoices
When creating export invoice:
- LUT auto-referenced
- Validates LUT is current
- Applies zero GST rate
